North County Water & Sports Therapy Center provides professional, physical rehabilitation services. As musculoskeletal specialists offering up-to-date, evidence based, one-to-one treatment sessions, we are committed to facilitating the achievement of each client’s individual goals. Through movement analysis, exercise prescription, manual therapy and individual instruction, we support, motivate and educate our clients towards improving their function, health and lifelong fitness.

Main Facility
Located in the Carmel View Office Plaza, (15373 Innovation Drive, Suite 175, San Diego, CA 92128) our main facility is equipped with a variety of rehabilitation, balance training, functional strengthening, cardiovascular and Pilates equipment. High ceilings with plenty of natural light create an open feel to the main gym. Individual treatment rooms are designed for privacy required during the initial evaluations and certain treatments.
Aquatic Therapy Services are provided at Fit Athletic Club (12171 World Trade Drive, San Diego, CA 92128) less than one mile away from the main clinic. The 25 yard by 25 meter, heated pool is equipped with a ramp and lift providing easy access for all individuals.The pool’s graded water depth (beach entry to 7 feet deep) allow the therapist to control weight bearing forces and choose the correct water level to optimize the patient’s rehabilitation.
